Ana, a University of Arizona graduate originally from Nogales, joined HEY JOE MEDIA in 2025. What began as scheduling and invoicing has grown into something more essential: Ana is now the agency’s client advocate, making sure HEY JOE MEDIA stays accountable to its commitments and that clients feel genuinely heard. In short, Ana is the reason our clients know we’re paying attention. She’s also bilingual—an asset that matters deeply in a region where so many of the communities we serve speak Spanish as their first language.
